Returns

The inventory is always changing and we are unable to fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order after the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
